Fitness Sessions for Women - Session are 60 minutes. Combine energy healing to the end of your fitness session for a complete Mind, Body & Soul connection.

Each session combines strength exercises, flexibility, and core conditioning. Using light weights, tubing, bands and balls, the focus is on gently awakening your muscles while increasing your core strength.

Bindy offers a variety of styles to work from. For clients interested in learning a fitness program that can be used at home, Bindy designs a routine based on the exercise equipment that is available to you. A full body routine can be created with as little as a stability ball and a couple of light dumbells, with incredible results.

For additional variety, Bindy also offers fitness sessions using the equipment she has available. She incorporates exercises using her Bowflex home gym and her other small equipment. The sky is the limit when she is able to combine all of her tools to help you reach your goal.

Bindy will help you learn how to be gentle to your body while giving it a healthy workout, all the while, incorporating love, motivation, guidance and plenty of laughter.

 

Sessions can be purchased one at a time or in packages.
